Finalizó el ciclo de foros sobre condenas erróneas organizado por APP Chile – Asociación Pensamiento Penal Chile

El jueves 15 de abril se realizó la última jornada del ciclo de foros sobre condenas erróneas en el sistema penal organizado por la Editorial Tirant Lo Blanch, la Universidad Católica de Chile y nuestra Asociación.

La actividad académica se desarrolló en 4 jornadas durante los meses de marzo y abril del año 2021, cada una de las cuales sirvió para tratar un tema específico en relación con vicios procedimentales que llevan a condenar erróneamente a una persona. En las jornadas se trataron temáticas como los falsos reconocimientos, vicios en pruebas periciales y la mala conducta de agentes del Estado durante la etapa de investigación y juzgamiento.

Cabe indicar que en el ciclo de foros sobre condenas erróneas participaron expertos de Gran Bretaña, Estados Unidos, España, Argentina, Perú y Chile.
